INTRO: STOP PLAYING THE GAME ON THEIR TERMS
You’ve heard the news. You’ve felt the tremors. You’ve sensed the shift that everyone’s whispering about—economic collapse, globalist overreach, AI domination, political turbulence, managed decline, moral disintegration. A world tilting toward something unfamiliar and unstable—something you do not want.
But what can YOU do about it?
Here is the secret they hope you never discover:
You do not overcome their world by playing their game, by their rules.
You overcome it by stepping into a higher reality altogether. You must change the rules you play by.
Fear wants you small. The system wants you reactive. The headlines want you exhausted, hopeless, overwhelmed. Because human beings in survival mode become predictable, controllable, and malleable.
And that is exactly why the “news”—the constant feed of alarm, outrage, and catastrophe—exists: to bait you into living like an animal.
→ A beast does not imagine.
→ A beast does not create.
→ A beast does not choose.
→ A beast is driven — by instinct, by fear, by immediate threats.
And a beast can be corralled.
But you?
You are image-bearing royalty, woven with divine imagination, endowed with spiritual authority, intrinsically creative, and designed for dominion—not subjugation.
Jesus did not come merely to save you from sin. He came to restore your humanity. He came to give mankind back its agency, power, imagination, and authority over dysfunction, chaos, and suffering in the world.
The way you win is not by fighting harder.
The way you win is by refusing to be baited into a war you can never win on the enemy’s terms.
What if the answer is not more effort…but more rest? What if the solution is not hyper-vigilance…but a new narrative?
What if the real revolution is internal?
THE SYSTEM IS RUN BY ATHEISTS—AND THAT IS WHY IT FEELS SO EMPTY, SO COLD, SO CRUEL
Why has the world become so cold, hard, brutalist and cruel?
Let’s talk plainly for a moment—because if you understand this, everything else in the world suddenly makes sense.
The systems currently shaping the global narrative—political, economic, technological—are engineered and maintained by people who do not believe in anything higher than themselves. They do not believe in transcendence, in an eternal moral order, accountability, in the sacredness of human life, in the image of God stamped upon every soul—you included!
And when you remove God from the centre, everything collapses into chaos, dysfunction and suffering.
A world built by atheists is not neutral; it is hollow, cold and lifeless. It is a machine, and you are expected to act like a cog. A cow to be milked and slaughtered when you are deemed superfluous.
When a person believes there is no Creator, no ultimate accountability, no divine breath animating the human spirit, then the only logic that remains is control. Efficiency. Utility. Compliance.
A godless worldview cannot produce compassion—only coercion. It cannot produce dignity—only profit, power and control. It cannot produce wisdom—only data points.
→ This is why the world feels the way it does right now: intrusive, invasive, dehumanising, mechanical.
→ This is why every headline seems designed to provoke anxiety rather than hope.
→ This is why institutions feel predatory rather than protective.
A system divorced from God always descends into managing humans the way farmers manage livestock.
And here is the shocking paradox: They are not even trying to hide it anymore.
When you erase the spiritual nature of humanity, you inevitably reduce people to bodies, biology, productivity metrics, and behavioural data points. You end up with an anti-human system because you have removed the very thing that makes humans human—their divinity.
And you want to make them robots connected to your control grid sans identity or autonomy.
That is the root rot beneath the global anxiety. That is the reason the world feels increasingly inhumane, insane.
You are walking through a world built by people who do not know who they are—and therefore cannot possibly honour who you are.
→ Without God, there is no wisdom.
→ Without wisdom, there is no justice.
→ Without justice, there is only power—raw power—the kind that crushes, suffocates, manipulates, and consumes.
And yet—here is the profound truth hidden in plain sight:
A system built without God cannot overpower a person who walks with God.
It cannot understand you, and therefore it cannot contain you. It cannot predict you, and therefore it cannot control you. It cannot trap you, because light is ungovernable by darkness.
This is precisely why Jesus told His disciples:
“In the world you will have trouble. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
(John 16:33)
He wasn’t offering comfort. He was offering strategy.
The “world” He referenced wasn’t nature. It wasn’t creation. It was the system. The machinery. The structure of power built on godless foundations.
He didn’t say, “I will destroy it.” He said, “I have overcome it.” Which means there is a way to walk above what seeks to walk over you. Why? Because…
He came to show us a new way to live beyond the control of atheistic godless, destructive systems built by tyrants and sycophants.
And the secret—astonishing in its simplicity—is that you can stop playing the game they designed to keep you small, controlled and vulnerable.
You simply leave the arena they tell you to play in.
All you have to do is refuse the role of “panicked animal” and remember that you are a son, a daughter, a ruler, a bearer of the divine breath.
The powerlessness you feel isn’t because the system is strong. It’s because you have been trained to forget your strength.
THE SURVIVAL MINDSET: FIGHT, FLIGHT, FREEZE
When people say “the world is going crazy,” what they really mean is: most people are living from their amygdala because they haven’t learned to live from their frontal cortex.
Survival mode—the fight, flight, or freeze response—is the state the global fear machine wants you in.
Fight
You feel constantly combative, on edge, angry, defensive. Every problem looks like an attack.
Flight
You want to run, escape, numb, hide, avoid the reality you feel powerless to face.
Freeze
You shut down. You procrastinate. You stop dreaming. You surrender to overwhelm and paralysis.
Fight-Flight-Freeze: All three lead to the same end: a person who has forgotten who they are.
Because when you stop thinking like a human—a spiritual creator—you respond like a savage beast instead.
But here is the truth your adversary hopes you never awaken, to the fact that you don’t have to play this game.
You were born for a different game entirely. You know deep down you weren’t create to live like this, that there is more to life, and I am here to tell you how to get it!
THE VICTIM MINDSET: THE STORY THAT SHRINKS YOU
A victim mentality is not weakness. It is not personality. It is not humility. It is a story: a narrative you tell yourself. A script built from past experiences, disappointments, betrayals, and inherited beliefs.
It sounds like:
“I can’t help how things are.”
“This is just how life is.”
“I’ve always been this way.”
“People like me never win.”
“The odds are stacked against me.”
“The system is too big.”
“It’s too late.”
“I hope things will get better.”
“I hope things will go back to normal.”But here’s the shocking truth:
The victim mentality has nothing to do with what happened to you.
It has everything to do with what you concluded about yourself.
Your brain is programmable. It becomes what you repeatedly tell it. Neuroscience now confirms what Scripture declared thousands of years ago: The story you rehearse becomes the reality you experience.
→ Change the story, and you change the belief.
→ Change the belief, and you change the identity.
→ Change the identity, and you change your reality.
Belief is simply the conclusion of the thoughts you think repeatedly without questioning.
THE EXTERNAL WORLD REFLECTS THE INTERNAL WORLD
Jesus said:
“According to your faith, it will be done to you.”
—Matthew 9:29
Not according to the economy. Not according to world events. Not according to global elites. Not according to AI. Not according to your past. But, According to your faith.
Faith is simply the conclusion you have become persuaded of, and most people have been indoctrinated what to conclude.
And 3 John 1:2 reinforces this principle:
“Beloved, I pray that you prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
As your soul prospers. Your external life rises no higher than your internal life.
Proverbs 4:23 strengthens the theme:
“Guard your heart, for from it flow the issues of life.”
WHAT ARE “THE ISSUES OF LIFE”?
Not vague emotional turbulence — but:
• The patterns that follow you
• The repeated cycles you can’t seem to break
• The relationships you attract
• The financial ceilings you hit
• The opportunities you notice—or fail to notice
• The level of peace you live with
• The self-sabotage you fall into
• The courage you demonstrate
• The decisions you make under pressure
All of these “issues” are not external obstacles. They are reflections of the inner garden—the beliefs, expectations, wounds, and unconscious scripts shaping your entire inner world—which you continue to protect and cultivate (cf. Gen. 2:15).
You don’t fix your life by wrestling the outside.
You fix your life by re-cultivating the inside.
REWRITING THE SCRIPT: THE INNER GARDEN
Romans 12:2 says:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Rashi says that to “conform to the world” means to allow the surrounding narratives to shape your inner structure. Matthew Henry adds that renewal of the mind is the continual process of receiving a new, heavenly pattern for thought.
→ The world wants you conformed.
→ God wants you transformed.
To overcome the world outside—the illusion of powerlessness and lack of control—you must recreate the landscape of your inner garden since the outer world is merely a reflection of the inner.
→ Your thoughts are seeds.
→ Your emotions are rain.
→ Your habits are soil.
→ Your imagination is sunlight.
→ Your words are the gardener’s hand.
And the heart is the ground that grows whatever you permit to be sown into it. Up until now you have accepted the worlds “seeds” without question, but you do have a choice!
Change the inner garden, and the harvest of your life follows.
FAITH: THE GREAT EQUALISER
Romans 1:16 declares:
“For I am not ashamed of the Gospel [good news], for it is the power of God that saves all who believe.”
ETYMOLOGY:
• Power (Greek dynamis)—inherent force, God’s active energy
• Salvation (Greek sōtēria)—restoration, wholeness, deliverance, flourishing
• Believe (Greek pistis)—conviction birthed from inner persuasion
→ Faith is not mental agreement.
→ Faith is internal persuasion.
- The Greek root of pistis is peithō—to be fully persuaded, convinced from within.
- The opposite is apeitheō—the refusal to be persuaded.
Meaning: Faith isn’t about trying harder to believe. Faith is about opening your heart to become persuaded by God’s Good News rather than the world’s Bad News.
PRETENDING: HOW FAITH PRACTICES PERSUASION
The modern world misunderstands pretending. But Scripture and ancient cultures understood this: “Make-believe” is not childish. It is creative. Just like you “make” war, make peace, make hay, make love…
You make belief:
→ You practice it.
→ You rehearse it.
→ You embody it.
→ You let your imagination pre-live the reality God promised.
This is how your persuade yourself of a new story.
Pretending is not deception. It is formation. It is choosing the inner narrative that aligns with Kingdom reality rather than world collapse.
This is why Jesus said:
“Whatever you ask, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
Not after you receive it. Before. The receiving must first happen internally before it manifests externally.
Your imagination becomes the womb of your future. So why would you imagine the worst possible outcome rather the best possible outcome?
WHAT YOU THINK CREATES MATTER
Science is only now catching up to Scripture.
Everything physical begins with something non-physical. Every structure begins with a thought. Every invention begins with imagination. Every empire begins with a belief. Every collapse begins with a narrative. Every revolution begins with an idea.
Your thoughts create form. Your attention creates momentum. Your beliefs create structure. Your inner world creates your outer world.
What you think matters because what you think creates matter
YOU CAN DO THIS
→ You can change how you think.
→ You can change how you feel.
→ You can change how you see yourself.
→ You can change the expectations you carry.
→You can rewrite the script of your inner garden.
This is not theory. It is spiritual law. It is neurological reality. It is theological truth.
You either keep watering weeds or you water the orchard you have actively cultivated. Whatever you water will grow.
PRACTICAL STEPS FOR RECREATING YOUR INNER WORLD
1. Name the story you’re living.
Whose voice wrote it?
Your parents’?
Your trauma’s?
Your culture’s?
Your fear’s?
Write it down.
Expose it to light.
2. WRITE THE STORY GOD IS TELLING.
Identity is something you receive, not invent.
Let Scripture become your autobiography.
Uninstall the world’s operating system.
Install God’s operating system
3. PRACTICE MAKE-BELIEF DAILY.
Close your eyes.
Step into the self you are becoming.
Let your imagination breathe.
4. SPEAK LIKE A GARDENER.
Words prune.
Words plant.
Words water.
Speak the future you are cultivating.
5. REST.
Not inaction—alignment.
Transformation does not require strain.
It requires surrender to a new narrative.
FINAL ENCOURAGEMENT: THE NEW AGE BELONGS TO THE INNER ONES
You may think this all sounds “woo-woo.”
But the truth is this:
We are stepping into an age where the inner life will become the only safe, stable, and sovereign realm left.
Jesus didn’t come to make you religious. He came to restore your humanity—your agency, your creativity, your authority, your inner world. He came to stop the world from dictating who you are.
As the world shakes, as systems bend, as institutions crumble, as AI disrupts everything familiar, as the jungle tears itself down to rebuilt itself…the people who thrive will not be the strongest. Not the wealthiest. Not the most connected. Not the ones glued to the news. The people who thrive will be those who mastered the inner world.
When the external world collapses, the internal world becomes the only real fortress.
→ You deserve better than fear.
→ You deserve better than survival mode.
→ You deserve better than the victim story you inherited.
And you can change everything. Not by fighting the world outside—but by transforming the world within. Change the inside, and the outside follows.
And that is how you win.
That is how you beat the globalists.
That is how you beat the collapse.
That is how you beat the system.
That is how you rise above the age of AI.
Not by playing their game…
But by remembering who you are—and playing a higher one.
Jesus clearly stated,
“According to your faith, it will be done to you.”
—Matthew 9:29
This means that the system you live in is merely a refection of the belief/identity you hold within.
FIVE QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
- Where have I surrendered my authority by agreeing with powerless narratives about myself or my future?
- Which internal scripts—spoken or unspoken—have shaped the limits I unconsciously live inside?
- How does the Gospel’s proclamation of victory invite me to imagine a different outcome than the one I’ve normalised?
- In what area of my life have I mistaken delay for denial, and how might God be inviting me to see with redeemed imagination?
- What new inner confession—my agreement, saying the same thing as God—must I begin to speak over my life to create a new reality?
A PRAYER
Good Heavenly Father, I stand before You with an open heart, ready to release every narrative that has kept me small, silent, or resigned. Let Your truth interrupt every lie I have repeated over myself. Breathe into me again the courage to imagine with You, to see as You see, and to speak in alignment with Your royal decree. Restore my inner framework—my story—so that my thoughts, words, and expectations mirror Your goodness. Teach me to walk as one who is not at the mercy of systems, circumstances, or history, but held within Your unshakable kingdom. Let Your light fill every crack in me, and let Your wholeness flow where I have stopped pretending to be strong. I receive Your peace—Your shalom, Your shalam, Your restoring completeness. Shape me, renew me, and lead me into the reality You’ve already spoken over my life. Amen.
